Warranty Conditions and Warranty Period
The products sold on our website are under the warranty of our company for 1 year provided that the usage and washing conditions in the product packaging are observed.

Return Policy
- You can return the product (s) purchased from our site within 30 days at the latest within the frame of Return Conditions and Consumer Protection Law. In order for your return to be accepted, it is sufficient to comply with the following conditions.
- Refunds must be made in conjunction with the original box or packaging.
- The return of the original box or the packaging of the damaged products is not accepted. The box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, must be provided in a complete and undamaged package within the package you returned to us. The return of unpacked, used or destroyed products is not accepted. In case of any product deterioration, opening, breaking, tearing, lack of accessories and other items detected in the product that you have purchased, the return of the product is not accepted. The return acceptance criterion is that the product has not lost its merchantability to another customer.
